Prebuilt websites not showing demo correctly (no media uploaded)

Hi,
I can’t figure out what I am doing wrong here.
I have a website that I built with Elementor and Woocommerce on Astra Theme.
Then, I installed Woodmart and all the plugins required.
When I am trying to install a Prebuilt Website, the import and page creations seem to happen correctly and I am not getting any error code.
However, when I go to the homepage I don’t see any of the media content visible on the demo, I just see the text. Indeed if I go in the media library I don’t see any of the Demo images uploaded to the library.
Is there a problem with the import feature or do I have to do something within Slider Revolution settings or other plugins?

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder

I disabled all the plugins but the ones you said to keep active and I have been able to install correctly the prebuilt website.
It seems that I can proceed on my own at this stage.
