Prebuilt websites: The import could not be completed due to a low timeout limit

Hi, I can’t seem to import any prebuilt website. It’s stuck at 15%. I have changed every timeout possible but still no luck. Can you help me out?

It may affect import and other functions of your website.

It’s secured now and I imported it and it works.
Since it was a devlopment domain I didn’t use SSL.
