    I want to edit the prefooter but it doesn’t appear.

    Hello,

    Please navigate to Theme Settings > Footer > Prefooter > Check the pre footer HTML Block.

    Also navigate to Pages where it is not showing > Edit page and in the bottom of the page settings make sure prefooter is enabled.
