PreFooter not Showing

I have an issue regarding the pre-footer, it is not showing up, even I added the shortcode from the HTML code in the Footer section, knowing that I made the footer single column and assigned the HTML block to the footer.

In fact, I did exactly as you told me

1. Make the footer single column and assign the HTML block to the footer.

2. For the pre-footer section you need to edit the HTML block used in the pre-footer area and from Theme Settings >> Footer >> Prefooter text.
