How do I set pre footer horizontal in mobile? Check the attachment in private content.

Hello,

Navigate to HTML blocks and find pre-footer retail or if you have edited and changed title, find the HTML block which is in pre-footer area (Theme Settings > Footer > Pre-footer area)

Edit the columns http://prntscr.com/l4z5sv and set the width of each column on each device:
