Preload key requests: woodmart-font.woff

When optimising the website performance on Google PageSpeed, I got the advice to preload key requests for woodmart-font.woff (see screenshot). I already deactivated all the Google fonts and chose standard fonts (Arial). Still, this font file is causing my website to be slow (2,58 seconds estimated savings). Any idea what I can do?
