Preset Footer can't find string translation with WPML using WoodMart Theme

Hi there,

Following your instructions on your other theme, I was hoping to find this: Navigate to the String Translation > choose admin_text_base_options

Unfortunately this is not showing in my String Translation.

I am trying to translate the set footer layout. I have created the HTML Blocks in default language, and translated all relevant HTML Blocks. I just need to find where to input the translated html_block id=number in string translation?
