'Preview Could Not Be Loaded' Error (Elementor)

Cuando activo elementor en las opciones del tema, no me deja ver nada al momento de visitar la pagina, me sale totalmente en blanco y al momento de editar una pagina con elementor me sale que tiene un error y no se puede visualizar
¿como puedo solucionar esto?

First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :-).
Please deactivate all the third-party plugins, activate the parent theme then clear the cache and check back.
If the problem continues then leave all the third-party plugins deactivated and provide with admin panel login details of the website then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.
