Can we hide a Price and Add to cart button for a particular category or we need to use any external plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-call-for-price/

I can provide custom CSS hover it would hide the price and add to cart to all the products, in this case, you will need a plugin. I have not met such a plugin to recommend.
