Price filter problem

Hello,

I have a problem with the plugin and the widget price filter. Indeed, when the person is connected and has a role based pricing, the variations displayed are inaccurate. But when the user is not logged in, everything works.

In the example here: https://deneoled.digitics.fr/product-category/rubans-flexibles/
The variation is only supposed to be from 0 to 300€.

When the visitor is logged in, the price filter is done on a strange range (image 1 & 2 )

Moreover this range takes into account the price before 30% discount set in the plugin → e.g. the clamp which is displayed while I filter at 280… It costs 209 with the -30% but otherwise 299 without discount.

Normally in this example the maximum price is 299€ for the not connected (image 3)

The problem occurs once the person is connected.

PS : I already have contacted the plugin support and after verifying their plugin ask me this is a template problem.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

I have just tested on another site with the Storefront theme. I don’t see any price difference between connected accounts with or without discount.
It seems that it comes from your Template.

We tested this page both logged in and logged out and it always shows a 10-60 range in the price filter https://guillaume.digitics.fr/?product_cat=test

C’est vraiment étrange.. Toutefois cela montre bien que le plugin fonctionne normalement sur une autre dev site mais pas sur deneoled.digitics.fr.

Pourriez vous tout de même jeter un oeil svp ?

Please, activate the default theme on that website and test how it works also.
