Price Filter Slider – Not Working

Dear Xtemos,

I think I have the same problem so I’m posting it here. I was following all the instructions and suggestions provided by you regarding this topic and still I’m having problems with the price range slider (widget area).

The problem:

We have around 700 articles and the prices are from 5 to 20. However, the slider accepts only to be set on 10.
So the only options are:
A. 0€ – 20€
B. 0€ – 10€
C. 10€ – 20€

How I can solve this issue?

Now i have checked your site and the price filter slider is showing 0€ – 20€ range. Check back on your site and check the issue.

Looks the same to me. The problem is that I can’t slide to another amount for example 3€ , 5€ , 7€.

Not sure how I can check that. Btw I found a couple of your web pages (with your theme) somewhere here on the forum running this slider just perfectly. The ranges are bigger but it works in a single euro when you slide.

I also kindly request you to conduct a check by activating the default WordPress Theme, such as Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Three (Appearance > Themes) and keep WoodMart Core and Elementor or WPBakery plugins activated. This is to ascertain whether the issue you are experiencing is due to our theme or not.

Also not sure but it might be useful information for you, I tried at the beginning another plugin “filter” (filter everything) and it was working. The issue was about the layout and it was very slow.

Please make a full backup of your site and check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not because it is a woocommerce related issue.
