Private (Hidden) Product View

The products that I had previously marked as private (hidden) could be entered after the customer logged in before the WooCommerce update. After the WooCommerce update, the customer can no longer see the products marked as private (hidden). I kindly request your support.

That’s our problem. If you look at the product category, you can see that the products do not appear. But when you click on the “All Products” link, you can see that 484 products are hidden (private) and 378 other products are public. So there are products in those categories.

We have published this hidden 484 products as a (private) publication to be shown only to people who log in as a customer (not as an administrator.) The user who logged in before the update could see the products and now he cannot see them. Our problem is why someone who logs in as a customer cannot see these products.

Picture 1: It shows the page with all the products and the ones I have marked in red are products that are published as hidden (products that we can see by logging in with the user before the update). The part marked in green is the products that can be seen by everyone.

Again, when you log in as an administrator, you can click on the link and see the products. Or you can see it in all products and even editing can be done. But when we define it as a hidden (private) product, it could see it with the user definition we gave to our customers before the update.

To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.
