    Hello, I have an issue during checkout. When I’m at the checkout page, I see the correct delivery cost included in the total price. However, after I complete the payment and get redirected to the Thank You page, it shows that the delivery is free and doesn’t include the shipping cost. I don’t want this to happen. Could you please help me fix it?

    Hi str.ivanov,

    Thanks for reaching to us.

    1. Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    2. You also should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.
