problem about Mobile bottom navbar Live chat

I have created a live chat button below Mobile bottom navbar.
how when i click on it will open live chat? (Mean My button live chat such as popup, it will open live chat window when click on it)

how to integrate Live chat interface on the button ?

I contacted plugin support. they said need add API Js into the link code website to open live chat

We do not have this function or instruction. You can customize the links in this file: woodmart/inc/modules/sticky-toolbar.php

You need to find this function: woodmart_sticky_toolbar_custom_link_template
