problem about Mobile optimizations

Dear Admin

i have using elementor pro for design my website. I see page Mobile optimizations in theme. please, Can I ask you something :
1. Using mobile optimization page means I will have to create 1 html block for mobile only?.
2. I see elementor pro have option responsive ” hidden on phone ” and ” hidden on pc”. What is the difference compare to page mobile optimization? . because use responsive i have design mobile and pc interface on the same page

1. Yes, you need to create one HTML Block per page to show it on mobile devices.

2. Hiding these elements doesn’t remove them completely from the code but simply hides them with CSS. So by creating a separate block you can reduce the number of DOM elements.
