Problem activation

Hi,
i’ve completed the customization in local of my customer’s new site.
Now i uploaded all in new hosting, but i can’t see the button for insert the license, in my other site i have xc_license but if i go in this url the system return 403 Forbidden.
I bought the license yet. Can i have support?
The customer is online and i can’t go in maintenance mode

The license activation section is missing from your site because it was disabled by the corresponding option in the White Label section (https://monosnap.ai/file/QsjlHy5MX1a6K5ludcz4axYUDnjilD). Please enable it and check again.
