    Hello.
    Like many, after updating to 7.3 I received a number of problems.
    1. Desktop – all layouts (product layout, cart layout, checkout layout, product category layout, etc…. any layout) are displayed correctly without errors. BUT! on the mobile version, the columns where there should be 1 are displayed as two. Indents. The content will be poured on top of each other. I had to disable all layouts. Leave only 1.

    The problem is in the mobile version
    2. I noticed that categories without cache took a very long time to open, 18-25 seconds.
    3. The same thing happened when using product filters. The page takes about 20 seconds to load.

    Hello,

    Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
    WoodMart core
    WooCommerce
    Elementor/WPBakery page builder

    1. Please, rollback Elementor to 3.15.2. The issue is caused by its latest update.

    Send us your FTP access so we can check other issues.

    I rolled back the plugin to the specified version.

    1. Try to resave the page after rolling back the Elementor’s version.

    2. 3. Apply the patch 495519 in Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Patcher.

    Hello. My question is about the filter. And visiting product categories when there is no cache. Is it still under consideration? Is there a solution to the problem? I noticed that the opening time has become shorter. But still, not as we would like.
    Now the product filter loads from 5-12 seconds.
    And can I close FTP access and admin access?

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    Yes, I switched the default theme. And the filters work quickly.
    I also tested the Elessi theme. The filter works faster than on Woodmart

    Please, switch to the default theme and send us a link to the page where you have this problem. We will compare the loading time between our theme and the default theme to see what is wrong.
