Problem after update

After the update i have some problems on mobile version with the menu bar. It is messy as you can see in the attach.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, provide the site admin access to the private area.

I already did this but no results. I also see a bar in the footer that is not right.
