Problem applying points in cart

Dear Sirs,
I’ve installed a plugin from yith called Points and Rewards and it seems to be working fine overall.
There’s just one problem with its usage.
When I go to the cart, a message appears saying:
You have 57 Points. Use 57 Points to get a discount of 2,85 € on this order.
And then Apply Points.
When I press apply, it just reloads the page and nothing happens.
That does not happen with the default theme.
Could you please help me solve this problem?

Sorry to say I have not seen the points of reward on your site on cart page, Could you please send us screenshots or record short video for better understanding to reproduce this problem?
Additionally, Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
