problem completing purchase at checkout, error.

    Hello!

    We are experiencing the following error when trying to complete the purchase:

    “There was an error processing your purchase. Please check your payment method for any charges and review your purchase history before re-purchasing.”

    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 502 (Bad Gateway)

    We have already disabled cache plugins, payment plugins, and the funnelkit checkout, and the error still persists.

    Could you check if it could be something in the theme?

    Hello,

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme’s issue or not?
