    Hello,

First of all update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 8.0.4 RELEASED”, update the required plugin, and check the option.
    https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/

If the issue remains, turn off all of the plugins not related to the theme, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
If the issue still remains, let me know and I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards.

Hi! Please explain what means switching to default theme. We have done changes on the theme. Are we going to lose them? eshop is live and we can not afford that. We also have some CLUSTER Go plugins. It is extremely important NOT TO BE deactivated (they are the bridge between ERP and WooCommerce). They are anyway installed from day one and have nothing to do with the specific issue. It is extremely critical NOT TO be deactivated at all, not even for a few seconds.

    Hello,

You can create a dev site, also called a Staging platform where you can test issues, enable/disable features/plugins thus such changes will affect the main site. The below article will help you to create it:

I suppose we will need to disable bridge synchronization plugins (with erp) on the staging platform to avoid conflicts (and messing up the database)?

    #628590

    Hello,

Disable the bridge synchronization plugins (with ERP) on the staging platform. This will help avoid potential conflicts and prevent any unintended changes to the database. Ensure you test thoroughly in the staging environment after disabling the plugins to confirm everything functions as expected. Let me know if you need further assistance!

    Best Regards
