    Hello,

First of all update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 8.0.4 RELEASED”, update the required plugin, and check the option.
    https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/

If the issue remains, turn off all of the plugins not related to the theme, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
If the issue still remains, let me know and I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards.

Hi! Please explain what means switching to default theme. We have done changes on the theme. Are we going to lose them? eshop is live and we can not afford that. We also have some CLUSTER Go plugins. It is extremely important NOT TO BE deactivated (they are the bridge between ERP and WooCommerce). They are anyway installed from day one and have nothing to do with the specific issue. It is extremely critical NOT TO be deactivated at all, not even for a few seconds.

    Hello,

You can create a dev site, also called a Staging platform where you can test issues, enable/disable features/plugins thus such changes will affect the main site. The below article will help you to create it:

I suppose we will need to disable bridge synchronization plugins (with erp) on the staging platform to avoid conflicts (and messing up the database)?

    #628590

    Hello,

Disable the bridge synchronization plugins (with ERP) on the staging platform. This will help avoid potential conflicts and prevent any unintended changes to the database. Ensure you test thoroughly in the staging environment after disabling the plugins to confirm everything functions as expected. Let me know if you need further assistance!

    Hello,

Sorry for the delay in response, its because of the weekend,

About your issue, we have solved it on your site, the issue was because of the unclosed tags in the product, which we found and closed as shown in this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/SJVWy9Lc

Please check back to your site again after clearing the browser cache.

    Hello,

The issue is caused by unclosed HTML tags in the product description. You can fix this by editing the product and properly closing the tags, as explained in the previous response and shown in the provided screenshot.

    Hello,

Yes, the issue was caused by a specific product.

For the image size, Your images differ in size considerably. Please check this manual and upload the same size of product images: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/image-size-and-content-alignment-in-a-product-grid/

The only way to make the view awesome is to upload images of the same size and proportion.

WooCommerce Allows some settings that you can find under Appearance >> Customize >> WooCommerce >> Product Images.

You can define the “height” of the shop thumbnails by setting up the width : height aspect ratio in the “Thumbnail cropping” section:

Custom: In Custom, you can select the aspect ratio of the image.

Here are some of the popular aspect ratios (1:1, 5:4, 4:3, 3:2, 16:9 and 3:1).

Uncropped: The height of the image will be untouched. Images will be displayed using the aspect ratio in which they were uploaded: https://ibb.co/6mR6DbD

    Best Regards,
