    Update the new version of theme 7.4.1 and also make sure that all the required plugin have updated

    If the issue still remains, deactivate the third party plugins on your site and check how it works. If the issue still persists, share the wp login details so i will check and give you a possible solution.

    Please send me login details to the admin dashboard in the private area under the message and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switch to the parent/default theme.
