Problem / Error with Mobile View on Product pages

We’ve run into one problem with your theme on the mobile view of product pages.

We are using the YITH WooCommerce Tab Manager, to add tabs to our product pages. We have the description tab, plus three other tabs.

When viewing the product pages in mobile view, it adds a 5th tab “Additional Information” which holds the size of the box and the weight of the item, as it was set up in the product pages.

This “Additional Info” tab does NOT show, on the regular view of the product pages. When you start to resize the pages, it then appears.

There was also a “reviews” tab, that we removed, but that was done in the theme set up area.

We cannot figure out how to get rid of this “additional info” tab, in the mobile view.

Please help!

I will include a link to one of the product pages below, so you can see for yourself, what it is doing.

Other than that, we have had very few problems with your theme. Excellent job!

Thanks for the quick reply (although I didn’t get “notification” of the reply, via email, even though I have that box checked.

I appreciate the info above, and we will try that, but this isn’t the first Woo Commerce site we have built and we’ve never had this happen before, nor have we had to add code, to “hide” tabs.

The reviews tab can be hidden within your theme options.

Plus, the weird thing about this was, the Additional Info tab doesn’t show on the browser view, only on mobile view. If it is “showing,” shouldn’t it show everywhere?

But as we said, you have added some extra CSS code to hide it for desktop devices https://gyazo.com/ce1038d8b7b3fb47da6d285ef28eeb92

And actually, there is no option to hide review tab in our theme as well. All of these tabs come with WooCommerce and only one – Shipping & Delivery comes with our theme. And you can edit or remove it in Theme Settings -> Product page.
