Problem importing demo sites

I’m trying to import prebuild sites on my new purchase of Woodmart but everytime i’m greeted with a timeout error (“The import could not be completed due to a low timeout limit on the server. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase it to 300 seconds.”) however the limit on my host has been set to 300 already (see attached file)
I tried looking around online for a fix but unfortunately i didn’t find anything. i added my staging site infos and login so somebody can have a look at it.
i already tried contacting my host however they confirm that the limit is set to 300 already and theres nothing else they could do for this case.Please let me know if i can be of any assistance. Wishing you a great day!

I saw that you have data and content already added to the site, should I delete all the old content from the site and then import the fresh demo on your site? If yes, then please let me know which demo you want to import on the site.

jay-1552ParticipantHi! It’s a staging site so yes you could delete everything however i would need the way of fixing the problem as i have to apply it to the production site when i’m done setting everything up! I was looking at installing the “Woodmart Main” theme.

You have installed the many plugins on this site and already have the content. So i have deactivated the plugin not related to the theme and removed the already content and imported the demo on your site.
You need to do the same on another site and import the demo or import the demo on fresh installation. If the issue remains, share the wp logins details i will check and import the demo on your site.
