Problem importing demo sites

Hi! Hope you doing well!

I’m trying to import prebuild sites on my new purchase of Woodmart but everytime i’m greeted with a timeout error (“The import could not be completed due to a low timeout limit on the server. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase it to 300 seconds.”) however the limit on my host has been set to 300 already.
I tried looking around online for a fix but unfortunately i didn’t find anything.

Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and provide us with your admin access details. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
– WoodMart core
– WooCommerce
– Elementor/WPBakery Page Builder

We haven’t made any changes yet. Do you mean that now it works correctly, and you imported the dummy content?
