You need to upload import on parent theme and without plugins not related to the theme.

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG

Most of the demos would not work on another theme. The Header and footer would not work, and product grids and WoodMart settings would not apply.

Demo only works with the theme it rates to.

We don’t know because our theme is not even installed. We need to see this error ourselves to help you. Please, install the theme first and then we will check the issue.
Also, note that your current content might be broken after importing our prebuilt websites. Are you ok with this?

I have installed it, but I am using theme switcha so that I make changes while my old theme is on air before changing the theme. Tha problem is that although I have changed it, disabled plugins and try to import prebuilt, it goes to 90%. You can check it yourself.

Nevertheless I want to import the prebuilt website to my production page. Can you try to do it for me? I disabled all the plugings, I activated the woodmart template and when I try to import prebuilt it goes until 90%.

We tried to do something on your website but your server is always lagging and we can’t fix the problem. We don’t know why it happens but suppose because of your current content and not optimized server. Unfortunately, it is not possible to import our Pre-built websites here. You can either try to run your website on a different server with a fresh installation or we will return your money back.

But I have imported in development.ilianas.com. So it is not a server problem

We don’t know how you did this but when we try to open some pages it sometimes loads for 30-60 seconds which is extremely slow. Because of that, our dummy content can’t be imported either and it shows an error after timeout (5 minutes).
