Problem in add image with images gallery

Hello,

I’ve encountered a problem with your theme. While I’m trying to add image with image gallery Addon, I simply can not add, for example, 12 images at a time.

I already tried to choose a default theme and this problem continues. So, I deactivated all plugins without being Visual Composer. I used the default Addon to add images from the library and it works great.

There may be some kind of conflict. Check out my attachment image to see what happened as well.

Typically, this problem happens on pages.

I hope some tip for this problem, if you want I can give the accesses.

Do you mean that it doesn’t work on other themes not only with WoodMart? In this situation, this problem should be some conflict between your plugins or maybe the code you added or customized.

I tried turning off the woodmart theme and I chose a default theme and this problem continues. When I disabled all the different plugins without being Visual Composer, it works to add my images to the gallery.

I will try to find the conflicting plugin and then give you some news.

I can not find the problem, sometimes I can add a lot of images using shortcode and sometimes this does not happen.

I’ve already tried disabling plugins by switching to the default theme.

This works only with the visual compositor enabled, so your image gallery / carousel shortcode works very well, but when I have all the plug-ins turned off, there are conflicts.

Still i can’t find which the plugin creates this problem. i have just a a third-party plugin.

I have been investigating there is a set of wordPress plugins that creates this type of conflict, when they are disabled it already works the shortcode VC. :/

It may be a problem with not enough memory on your server. Try to contact your hosting provider and ask to increase PHP memory limit parameter twice.

In this moment i have 512MB. Is it necessary more?

I saw on CPANEL that CPU USAGE has 99%.

I need to send a ticket to the host provide.

It should be enough. Sorry, but we don’t know what can be a reason for this problem if it is not caused by our theme.

I enabled error logs and I saw some erros too.

For example this error:

I have a lot of errors on “vc_images_carousel.php” file

This notice doesn’t influence it. Anyway, if it doesn’t work with other themes, it can’t be caused by WoodMart.

I tried to test the website in localhost. Now it’s possible to add more that 7 images.

Can be some problem with host provider? Do have any idea?

“admin-ajax.php:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()”

Problems on server?

Yes, if it doesn’t work only on this particular hosting server then the problem may be related to it.

We’ve tried to find a solution to fix it. We try to explain this situation on the host, they advice us to upgrade our requirements server.

Is this a good solution?
