problem in appearance / widget

i want to add this widget (Shows a custom attribute in a widget which lets you narrow down the list of products when viewing
)
on shop page widget area but not working in my website
but this is working on other websites
please show me the way

i moved widgets to (shop page widget area) and save it
but didnt show it on widget area (front)
and when i recheck it there is nothing on widget area (dashboard) again

We don’t know why your widgets disappeared but try to add them again. If it will not help, please provide us your admin access so we can check also.
