Problem in editing the menu of categories

I have difficulty editing the menu of categories, As picture attached I find categories that I have not added on my site, When I search for categories that I previously added to my site, I can not find them to add them…I hope you will help me to solve this problem.

You need to activate Product Categories in the Screen option in the right top window.
