Problem in import Alternative Energy Them

After installed all plug-ins and them main and child , i tried several times to import Alternative Energy them , but unfortunately , on view page shown as below error message and not properly show main page , i imported another sample them and i didn’t have any problem ! i would like to use Alternative Energy them please let me know what shall i do.

Please try to deactivate the third-party plugins and import the demo again.
Note that our dummy content works only on a fresh installation. If you have some content already, it will conflict with your existing posts, and most of the content will not be imported correctly.
If the issue remains, try to increase the “PHP Max Input Vars” parameter to 10000 or higher in your PHP configuration and import the demo again.
If the issue still remains, share the WP login details so I can further check on your site and give you a possible solution.

We deactivate all third-party plugins and deleted exciting plug-ins and import the demo again but still same error for (Alternative Energy them)
we done all your suggestions but still only this them it’s not working properly, and i couldn’t find any document or guide to remove all woodmart installed them files and plug-ins to have again a fresh installation 🙁 , i follow-up all manual installation but still it doesn’t work …
I’m sharing the admin user-id and password to check by yourself , because we don’t have time and we should run our new website in earliest time.

500 Internal Error is a generic error and says about some issue on the server and can be caused by different things. Anyway, to understand its nature you need to see your server error logs or enable PHP error display on the website. we have check what url link , shared for login to our WordPress site and didn’t see any server issue and we don’t know about what URL you shar here ibb.co … ???? & Error 500 , please have look again to what URL I shared for your support

hi, unfortunately i don’t have access to cPanel , and only access to WP by admin permission ! if you help me how can i make a fresh automatic installation , may i can try by myself and see the result

You can run a fresh WordPress installation. To do this, you can use the WP Reset plugin.

This plugin can be used to remove all existing content and install a fresh installation.
