I’ve noticed that the canvas menu is out of alignment in Safari or on Apple iPhones.

I’ve attached a screenshot so you can resolve this adaptability issue on mobile devices.

Thank you very much in advance.

    Hello,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

To fix this issue, you need to set the icon size for menu items in your mobile menu element in the header builder. Check the screenshot https://gyazo.com/a4e1e703ee1b800641abe24e2825b0a8

It works fine in Chrome. Can I configure a different configuration for each browser?

Let me explain: if I make changes, they’ll be applied in Chrome, which looks fine.

This option works globally across all browsers. Do you mean that Safari still doesn’t look correct?

Yes, that’s correct, specifically in Safari on the mobile version of the iPhone. We’ve seen it on several iPhones, my boss, my coworker, and a friend, and it looks out of place on all of them.

Note: It looks fine on web emulators for different devices and browsers, but it’s not real, since when viewed on real iPhone devices, it doesn’t look right.

Note: We’ve tested it in both Safari and Chrome on an iPhone, and it was discovered in the screenshot attached above.

Could you please send us a screenshot of the icon size settings as we suggested before? We can’t check it because the admin password you sent earlier seems to be wrong.

I haven’t changed the password, I’m attaching it again. Sometimes it can be because I accidentally left a blank space.

But could you please send us a screenshot of the icon size settings as we suggested before?

Sorry, the screenshots were not uploaded to the website by mistake.

Okay, I apologize, but you misunderstood me. You should actually specify the width and height. For instance, you could use 40×40 or any other desired size. Without specifying the size, it will appear unappealing in certain browsers.
