    Products columns on desktop in theme setting does not work, I try to place 4 columns within my website

    Hello,

    Maybe you are using the custom layouts of the theme. Navigate to Layout > Edit Archive Layout with page builder and configure the settings.

    If the issue remains, share the wp logins details so i will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.
