Problem in Theme

hello,
i installed the theme but i meet problems

**First i installed i meet one problem this ( shop filter Widget can’t display Brand and size )
after one day i meet another following problems.
1- i can’t open Categories when i click on my Categorie this get me wight page
2- when i open website from my phone browser this get me unknown language not arabic like i do.

i attacked you image for desktop and mobile problems

Please help me.

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the wp login details so will check and give you a possible solution.

i do it and find one plugin have problem (jetpack) when it was active elementor not work .. so i disable it.

Try to regenerate “Regenerate the product attributes lookup table” in Woocommerce > Status > Tools: https://take.ms/LGpvf

In addition, please check Woocommerce > Settings > Product tab > Advanced tab and disable Use the product attributes lookup table for catalog filtering.

There might be some Settings of the JetPack plugin that might be causing the conflict for which you can contact the respective Plugin Support as this a third party Plugin conflict not an issue at the Theme level.

Unfortunately, our theme doesn’t include any spam blockers. Use a strong password: Make sure that all user accounts on your website have strong passwords. This will help prevent automated bots from creating accounts.

You will have to find an anti-spam plugin, there are a lot.
