Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
Switch to the parent theme and check.
If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

The translation file title format should be the same as it is specified in WordPress settings: https://prnt.sc/9K0-gkKCLOlM and https://prnt.sc/9K0-gkKCLOlM
You need to change the title to woodmart-fa_IR.po
