Problem in Upgrading the theme

Hi There,
When we upgrade the theme to the latest just released, all the pages of the website go blank white.
Site address and login info in private section. Could you please upgrade? (we have a backup don’t worry and the site is not released yet.)

Of course they are not blank now cause we had to downgrade to old theme. That’s why we supplied you with our site user pass so you can upgrade theme and see the issue.
Basically after upgrading the theme you can not see any page…

Please make the full backup of the site and provide us with the FTP.

We already have backups.
Our server is a VPS so you can either user WP file Manager through WP control panel ( already installed on WP check attached) or SFTP (credentials in private section)

Please install your latest theme and let us know if you can still view any of the pages after installation.

I have reinstalled your child theme and uploaded the recent version of the parent theme. Please check now. Pages are not white, they seem to work well.
