Problem installing Woodmart on WordPress 5.9

We wanted to install our purchased Woodmart theme on our WordPress Version 5.9.
The Error Message says “Invaild File”
How can we install our Theme on our WordPress site now?

We are relatively new to wordpress and therefore do not know exactly where to find the FTP details, but I have found details of SFTP. Are these also enough?
