Problem loading dummy content

Hello,
I just installed the template on my new install of wordpress but I simply cannot load any dummy content.
I receive no message, the page just reloads and nothing is imported.
Could you help me resolve this problem ?

Thank you so much purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
Please, deactivate all additional plugins that don’t include with our theme, enable debug mode in WordPress and be sure that you have all errors and warnings enabled on your server so we can see PHP errors. Provide us your admin access and we will check it.

We were able to import content without problems. Please, check now.
When I click buttons nothing happens. Did you did anything besides clicking the activate base version button.
I cannot import anything and when I try to import the posters demo the page just reloads and nothing happens.
Even the dummy content page looks different than when I run this theme in localhost
