Problem mit Shop Page

I have lost my already finished store page. It was created with Elementor. I didn’t want to use the store page from Woodmart because it only showed products and I wanted to make it completely different. After I tried to edit the cart page, which didn’t work either, my store page changed. You can see the difference on the video. I renamed the store page from Woodmart as shop1 and mine is under shop. I am absolutely desperate. With Elementor I could not edit the store page of woodmart at all. What should I do now? How can I make the store page with Elementor as it was before? I wanted to contact you about cart page because it could not be edited – neither with Elementor nor anything else. I will give you the access data.

Sorry but the Shop, cart, checkout and other woocommerce pages don’t allow modifications using a page builder.

These pages are controlled by woocommerce and our theme doesn’t influence.

This tutorial shows how you can use our Theme Settings to configure the shop page. But it doesn’t mention Elementor at all. And we have never advertised that the shop page can be created with Elementor in our theme.
By the way, we are working on the shop page builder and hope to introduce this feature in a few months.

Yes, our theme is fully compatible with both Elementor and WooCommerce! Of course, we never regret that you can use all the basic functions that come with Elementor and wooCommerce.

But, this functionality is not the default behavior for Elementor. You can switch to any other default theme and you will see that you can’t edit the shop page with elementor either.

What solution could you offer? How can I edit store page with woodmart or widgets or? Can I create a new store page with elementor and run the old one in the backend? It can’t stay as it is now.

You can add your widgets to the sidebar via Appearance -> Widgets. Most of the customization options like product hover, a number of columns, sidebar position, and others can be found in Theme Settings -> Product archive.

It looks like you are using Elementor PRO. And yes, it has the option to create a custom shop page with Elementor. If it doesn’t work for you, you need to contact plugin developers for help on this matter.

According to your screenshot, you have customized the footer with the elementor PRO using its templates, right? If you can’t do this now it means that you have questions to Elementor PRO plugin, not to our theme.
