Problem of compatibility with elementor

i greet you themeforest members the problem i’m facing is that on the woodmart theme, when i install one it’s not compatible with elementor, each time it’s the same way i’m told it’s compatible with elementor but i can’t do anything, so could you please tell me what to do to solve this problem thank you for your answer.
