    hello
    when an order is being made the order is emailed 2 times and the sender email is the email of the company not the email of the customer

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme’s issue or not?

    this is difficult since the site is live right now but i did a backup and took off woodmart and it didnt do it the emails were fine now i rolled back to with the theme and it does it again also could you tell me how to change the sender on the emails from the site email to the customers email

    Hello,

    1. Send access to the admin panel so I can check the site settings.

    2. Navigate to Dashboard -> Settings and change email here – https://prnt.sc/MNGHJeak6uA2 and recheck the issue with the sender.

    i have resolved the issue with double emails.
    i dont wanna change the admin email i wanna change the senter of the emails of the orders when they come to me i want the customers email not my sites https://prnt.sc/TsaLvaaDX5hd https://prnt.sc/OB8qE9ZTBuu-
