    Hello,
I’m wondering whether it’s possible to improve the configuration so that after an automatic language switch (WPML), the customer in the shop also has their location automatically switched, including matching carriers.

Currently, I have a situation where the website is in German (DE). After switching to Polish (PL), the configuration is not updated.

Additionally, I would like to ask you to check the log that I attached in a private message and provide any guidelines or recommendations for fixing the issue.

    Hello,

    1. Could you please confirm if you would like the shipping method or cost to adjust dynamically based on the selected language? For example, when Polish is chosen, the shipping cost should update accordingly to reflect Polish-specific rates.

    2. Regarding the other issue, the error is not related to the theme but stems from WordPress core. To verify, please activate the default WordPress theme “Twenty Twenty-Five” and check if the errors reappear in the log.

    Best Regards.

I confirm that the shipping method and cost should change dynamically, depending on the selected language.

    Hello,

Woodmart fully supports this functionality through WooCommerce Multilingual (WCML), which integrates with WPML to enable language-specific shipping zones, methods, and rates. For example, selecting Polish can trigger Polish-specific shipping costs at checkout.

Ensure WooCommerce Multilingual is installed and activated alongside WPML Core and WooCommerce. This add-on handles multilingual carts, checkouts, and shipping configurations.

    Setup Steps:

    1. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping Zones and define zones by country/region with methods (e.g., Flat Rate) and costs.

    2. In WPML > Translation Dashboard > Shipping Methods, translate each method’s title, description, and tax status per language—set unique costs where needed.

    3. Publish translations, clear caches, and test language switching on frontend cart/checkout pages.

Switch languages during checkout to confirm shipping updates dynamically. If issues persist (e.g., no rate changes), run the WCML Troubleshooting tool under WooCommerce > WCML > Troubleshooting, and verify no conflicts with Woodmart caching or custom code.

    Best Regards.
