PROBLEM SIZING THE GRID'S THUMBNAILS

Hello.
I think I have an issue with the Woodmart template. I would like to put my images in a square (1:1) but it doesn’t work when I choose that option (in personalization > WOOCommerce > product’s images) it looks rectangle (except the last product) and not in a square shape in the preview and when i publish it, there are no changes.
I take some screenshoots to show you the issue.
Can you help me asap.

I use the plugin that allows resize and thumbnails but it does not work you have an alternative solution?

Try to set shop catalog images to 350, not to 500.
