Find this code in the Theme Settings > Custom CSS

.woodmart-spacing-30 .owl-nav>div[class*=prev] {
    left: 35px;
}
.woodmart-spacing-30 .owl-nav>div[class*=next] {
    right: 35px;
}

Change 35px as per your needs, decrease the value.

Remove the code with minus and insert this once:

.woodmart-carousel-spacing-10 .owl-nav>div[class*=prev] {
    left: 35px;
}
.woodmart-carousel-spacing-10 .owl-nav>div[class*=next] {
    right: 35px;
}

I see the old code: http://prntscr.com/l8yq0k, when you remove minus you, will get this one: http://prntscr.com/l8yqg9

You can change 35 for 40 or more.
