Problem to Connect with Instagram

Hello.

I have an issue with the theme. I’m trying to connect my Instagram account with the theme and i got the error bellow.

Get instagram account id :(#100) Object does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permission or reviewable feature, or does not support this operation. This endpoint requires the 'pages_read_engagement' permission or the 'Page Public Content Access' feature or the 'Page Public Metadata Access' feature. I have done already the following:
– I have contacted Facebook and set things correctly
– Tried to make the process from Incognito mode

Maybe you missed something during the configuration of your Instagram account. Please, try to repeat every step carefully.

I followed every step carefully but still no success

In this case, the only way to check this is if you could send us your Facebook and Instagram accounts. Then we can try to connect it and see the error. Because with our accounts it works well.
