problem to display navigation arrows on product carousel

Hello,
No matter what I try I can not get the navigation arrows to show either together or separate from the product carousel.

I have included a screenshot to show what I mean and advise as well as admin login details below.

I’ve checked your site, and it appears that you’re using custom CSS under Theme Settings > Custom CSS, which sets the carousel arrow color to white. Since your page background is also white, the arrows are present but not visible.

To resolve this, please update the arrow color in your custom CSS to a darker color that contrasts with the background. Once changed, the navigation arrows should become clearly visible.

furthermore on my test site I removed all the custom css and it did not resolve the issue I still do not see any navigation arrows.

The element is currently not visible because of the white color. If you hover over the carousel, you’ll notice it becomes slightly visible.

Try to change the color in the custom css code and check how it works.
