    Hello, we are having problems updating template from FTP.

    We have son theme and basel folder.

    When we upload the new base folder with version 5.0. we see that the web is unconfigured and we have to go back to the previous version.

    Can you give us some help?

    Hello,

    Please make the full backup of your site and provide both admin access and FTP access to the private area.
