Problem with 3.6.1 version

After upgrading from 3.5.1 version to 3.6.1 I have noticed something strange in my account page
Before the upgrade everything looks normal (first image)
After the upgrade I am seeing two logout tabs (second image)
Why does this happening? Before I came to this conclusion I disabled all the plugins except the most important for our theme to work and deactivated the child theme.

Try to disable child theme and check how it works. If it will not work, please, send us your FTP access.

I have done it before but I did it another time (deactivate the child theme).
The problem is there (also cleared the cache too)

Removing navigation.php file solved my issue.
Is is necessary to do that with every new update?

Our theme doesn’t contain this file now. So you will not face this problem in the future.
