Problem with a plugin – possible conflict with theme?

Hello,
I have installed a plugin on my site named “ColeteOnline” which is supposed to be my delivery plugin. The problem is that delivery options does not appear in the Checkout Page. I have talked with developers of the plugin and they said it is not a problem from the plugin, that is why I am asking you if this is a conflict with Woodmart theme.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
