Problem with activate theme

I can not activate my theme. The following error message appears:

API request call error. Contact your server providers and ask to update OpenSSL system library to the 1.0+ version.

At this point I installed the theme in a test subdomain before putting it to use.

Please, help me!

The problem was solved. And it was not OpenSSL, but WAF (Firewall).
