Problem with Basel Theme Settings (Typography etc.)

Hello,

I have the following problem with the Basel Theme (testetd with Firefox and Chrome). I installed it at the german hoster Strato and can’t change fonts in the backend. I have attached a screenshot. The display error also occurs when setting the logo. Also there I can not determine the size.

Are you aware of the problem and can you help me?

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

Disabled all plugins, not belonging to Basel, and switched to the parent theme. The problem still exists. I just bought another Basel theme for another website at Themeforest. Also there I have the problem from the beginning (there are still no further plugins installed) that I cannot select the fonts.

Should I send you the access to the page, so that you can forward it in the backend?

Please provide the credentials to the Private content so that I could check and suggest the solution.

I do not have any backups of your site that is why I am not able to restore your site. Try to contact the host support perhaps they made automatic backups to restore the site.

All other plugins are disabled. Except a plugin that switches a maintenance page because the website is still in progress. But even if I deactivate this plugin, the problem persists in the Basel settings.

I solved the problem. I didn’t know that I had to activate all the included Basel plugins. Since I don’t need Slider Revolution and Mailchimp, I only installed them but didn’t activate them. Now I have activated them and the bug is fixed.
